Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Orbora ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Orbora provides an Instagram automation management platform that allows users to configure and control follow/unfollow automation bots. The bots operate on our servers using credentials you provide.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Harass, spam, or abuse other Instagram users
• Conduct illegal activities or violate applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

You use the Service at your own risk. Instagram account actions taken by the bot are your responsibility.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@orbora.io.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in EUR and may be subject to VAT depending on your location.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AUTOMATION WILL PRODUCE SPECIFIC RESULTS. INSTAGRAM MAY RESTRICT OR BAN ACCOUNTS THAT USE AUTOMATION — WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCOUNT ACTIONS TAKEN BY INSTAGRAM.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTDASHBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT ACCESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

All content, code, and trademarks of Orbora are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

Orbora is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
